Confession: I am the worst blogger ever. I always get really excited and promise to blog regularly, and that lasts all of about 5 days....
WELL I'm starting vet school soon, so now looks like a great time to recommit!
Time for a RECIPE!
When I get off work or get home from school, the last thing I want to do is stand in the kitchen for an hour cooking, so I invented this quick and easy recipe:

Time for a RECIPE!
When I get off work or get home from school, the last thing I want to do is stand in the kitchen for an hour cooking, so I invented this quick and easy recipe:
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. thin cut chicken breasts (these can be hard to find, so you can also use a tenderizer to make regular breasts thin)
- Italian dressing
Directions:
- Place the chicken breasts in a large bowl, and douse them in about 4 Tbsp. of the dressing.
- Heat a skillet to medium high heat, and then place the first breast on it.
- Pour about a tsp. of the dressing onto the chicken, and cook for about 3 minutes on each side. Cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the individual breasts.
- Nom.
